発言するハードルは人それぞれ
あなたはグループLINEでよく発言しますか？
もしかすると、2,3人のグループでは発言しやすくても10人以上になると話しにくくなることもあるかもしれません。
また、自分の発言に対して何も返事がないと、嫌われていないか不安になったり傷ついてしまう人もいるかもしれませんね。
私も、既読が増えていくのに誰からも返事が来ないときは不安になります。
既読無視って、「返事をするのが面倒」という理由なのか、遠慮しているだけなのかは分からないよね……。
グループ内で発言するときのハードルは人それぞれ違うのです。
グループLINEで返事をしない人の心理
メールでの無視とLINEでの無視はちょっと意味合いが変わってきますよね。
眼の前で拒絶されるより、メールで無視される方がマシかも……。
メールで返事をしない人は何を考えているのか、今回はグループLINEだけに絞って考えてみました。
返事を後回しにして忘れた
- 通知を誤タップしてしまい、既読をつけてしまったが忙しくて読めていない
- 面倒そうな話だったから後回しにしている
- 内容が気になったから読んだだけ
という感じで、返事を忘れている可能性。特に返事を後回しにしてしまうと、未読マークが消えてしまうので私はよくやってしまいます。

変なこと言いそうで発言できない
- 日常で変なことを言って戸惑われた経験がある
- 言葉遣いを気にしすぎる
- 自分の意見を批判されそうで怖い
こんな感じで、同じく反応が帰ってこないのを怖がっている可能性。
自分の意見がない
このタイプは普段ミーティングをするときなども発言が少ないです。つまり、LINEグループでだけ発言が少ないということはあまりないでしょう。
とはいえ、返事がないと悲しいのは誰でもそうだと思うので、例え意見が思いつかなくてもなにか発言する努力はしたいですね。
返事忘れた筆者が言うなよ……(汗)
単純に面倒くさいから
手におえませんが、恐らくこれが一番多いタイプかと。
誰だって楽がしたいもの。勝手に事が進めば自分は何もしなくて済みます。
クラスやサークルの飲み会、イベントなどの日程や内容決めはグループLINEで行うことが多いですが、大抵の人は面倒くさがって発言しません。
先導してくれている人には申し訳無いけれど、自分ばかりプライベートな時間を潰されるのも嫌だよね……。
残念ながら、こういうのは誰かが自分から時間を割かないと進みません。しかし、もしあなたが自分から積極的に進めれば、大抵誰かが助けてくれるものですよ。
分かってくれる人は一定数いるんだ！
返事してくれないときの対処法
さて、グループLINEで発言しない人の心理がわかったところで、どうすればその人たちが発言してくれるのかを考えてみましょう！
Manamiは現役サークル長で、LINEグループの使い方は熟知している気分(←？)なので、是非参考にしてみてくださいね。
個人LINEにいく
ベタなやり方ですが、投票や質問に答えてくれないときには個人LINEに行ってもう一度聞くのが手っ取り早いです。
グループLINEで指名しても良いですが、返事をしていない人が発言するハードルを上げてしまう可能性があります。
個人LINEでは、「◯◯の件なんだけど、どうかな？」のように責めない口調で聞いてあげましょう。
はじめから「グループでも個人LINEでもOK」と返事の仕方に選択肢をもたせる
プライベートな質問やグループ人数が多いときによく使います。
大抵個人の方に来ます😚
リマインド(アナウンス)する
グループの投票締切が近くなったのに投票していない人がいたり、投票を忘れていそうな人がいる場合に使います。
@(名前)でメンションすると相手に通知が行くので効果が上がりますよ。
かなり丁寧な文章を送信する
ここからは応用編。個人LINEを使うのは最初のと同じですが、ただ聞き直すだけでなく、まるでビジネス相手のように対応します。
「お疲れ様です。(肩書)の◯◯◯◯◯です。◯◯の件ですが、◯月◯日までにお返事いただけないでしょうか？お忙しい中恐縮ですが、よろしくお願いいたします。」
固すぎるように感じるかもしれませんが、本当にこれ送っていますよ。もちろん、返事が帰ってきたらまた同じように丁寧な対応をします。
どんな相手でも失礼になりませんし、かなりの確率で返ってくるのでおすすめです。相手に「この人になら返事してもいいかな」と思わせるのがポイントですよ。
第三者に聞く
グループでも喋ってくれないし、個人LINEも無視されるという場合は、その人と関係性のある人間に聞きに行きましょう。
返事が返ってこないのはショックですが、立ち往生して困るのは自分やちゃんと返事をしている人たちです。
こういうときのために、普段から周りの人と仲良くしておくのは大事ですね。
気長に待つ
返事が全然帰ってこないときには、気長に待つことも必要な場合もあります。
時間が解決することって結構多いです。意外と３日後に「返信遅れてすいません！」ってくることもありますよ。
これも筆者だよね……？
最後に
ここまでグループLINEで発言しない人にどう発言してもらうのかを考えましたが、いちばん大切なのは「お互いに不快感のない関係を築くこと」です。
人間誰しも価値観が違うもの。相手の要望にすべて応えることはできません。
しかし、メールの返事をしないのは、対面でかんがえれば無視するも同然。相手の目の前でそっぽを向けるという人はほとんどいませんよね。
いつも画面の向こう側には人間が居ることを忘れずに、LINEやSNSを活用していきましょう！
